We have so many great brides and I just wanted to thank you all for your kind words.  Our brides can leave comments on their pictage site which hosts all of the wedding images.  It always makes my day when new recommendations come in and warms my heart.  Here are a few recent recommendations that came in:

Wedding Photography Workshops

Our last wedding workshop

Our last wedding workshop was a blast, lots of info to cover as usual and a fun shoot in the middle of the day.  Its always fun to try and shoot at the worst possible time of day for light and see what we can find that will look good.  For our last workshop we had a great model that was so good with the camera and shot in this interesting little park right by my place.  Here are a few images from the day:














Now that the busy wedding season is upon us we won't be having any more workshops anytime
soon, but keep checking the blog if you are interested in attending one of our workshops we will always

Wppi 2008 Award!!!

WPPI Award of excellence!

This is the first year that I missed our annual trek to Vegas for the WPPI show. This is such a fun convention, filled with thousands of wedding photographers from around the world, this year they were expecing over 10,000 photographers from all over the place!!!!!. We usually go every year and look forward to hanging out with some of our photo friends and seeing whats new in the industry. This is the first year out of the last 5 that I had to miss out, just too much going on to take a week off. I did submit a few prints into the annual print competition which I think is the best competition out there, some amazing photographers from all over the world competiting and it really raises the bar every year.

We just heard back from the competition and one of our prints were award a Accolade of Excellence again!!!

Website has been updated and a new award for Joey

Website is updated!

Finally after having this on my ToDo list for months I have updated our website!
Since I always update the blog with new images I haven't really been updating the website
too much so a lot of the work on there is from a year or two ago.  I added a bunch of new photos
to our wedding I gallery and also added a few more galleries with some recent weddings from some local
bay area locations.

2 awards at Professional Photographers of Santa Clara Valley

2 awards at Professional Photographers of Santa Clara Valley

We are excited and honored to have picked up two awards the other night at the Professional Photographers of Santa Clara Valley year end print competition.  Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who let us be a part of your special day and capture fresh artistic images of your wedding and portraits.

"Love under the lights" received 1st place in the Environmental Portrait category. 







"Girlfriends" received 2nd place in the Wedding category.

Here was another great wedding that Joey shot for Scott and Amanda. It was at the Chaminade in Santa Cruz, which is such a beautiful spot to get married. Beautiful views of the coast and a wonderful atmosphere.

Villa Montalvo Wedding

Jeff and Jae

Here are a few images from Jeff and Jae's wedding at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga.  Montalvo is a beautiful spot to get married, very elegant.
