We just finished our fall schedule for our workshops and also have a brand new website! Check out our website for wedding photography workshop dates. Here is a little more info on the next workshops:

Our old weddings from A to Z is going to change a little bit and have more of an emphasis on finding your style, expanding your creativity and unleashing the artist in you. We will cover some basics in using natural light in an artistic way and start to get a little more complicated with bringing in external lighting to your weddings.

We will show you how to turn the ordinary wedding scene into an amazing art piece. From using creative compositions to creative lighting and how you work with the bride and groom, we’ll show you how we turned our passion for the art of photography into a successful wedding studio. Its all about unleashing the artist in you and making your work shine!

Our last wedding workshop

Our last wedding workshop was a blast, lots of info to cover as usual and a fun shoot in the middle of the day.  Its always fun to try and shoot at the worst possible time of day for light and see what we can find that will look good.  For our last workshop we had a great model that was so good with the camera and shot in this interesting little park right by my place.  Here are a few images from the day:














Now that the busy wedding season is upon us we won't be having any more workshops anytime

Wedding Photography Workshop

We had a great wedding photography workshop on Saturday here at the Studio. It was a nice small class and was a fun action packed day of photography. The weather was a little bit questionable but thankfully everything cleared up by 11:00 so we could shoot our wonderful model Erin (Thanks for your help Erin, you were perfect!). We headed downtown and just like you would on a wedding day looked for some good light outdoors and had fun shooting erin for about an hour and a half. We ended the day viewing the images we shot and going over the post production part of photography and how to really make an artistic image from what we had. It was a fun day and I am looking forward to our next workshop. Teaching has always been a passion of mine and it feels so good to share my love of photography with other photographers and aspiring artists. Thanks Everyone!!!

Unlike large workshops were you can't get personalized training, our workshops are small in size and limited
to 6 photographers so everyone gets custom attention.

Workshop updates coming soon

As most of you know who have known me for awhile I have such a passion for photography that I always sharing photography with everyone that I know and can talk forever when it comes to anything camera related. 

Last year we started offering workshops and did some speaking engagements at local photography organizations to help share some of the things that I have learned throughout the year that have helped me be a success in my business.  There are so many new people just starting out in photography and also photographers  who have been in business for awhile and just need to get some fresh inspiration so I really wanted to help people streamline their business and inspire them to create unique artistic images.
At the end of the summer things got a little too busy over here so I had to put some workshops on the back burner, but the good news is we are going to be offering a brand new set of workshops coming up soon.
