I told everyone I would post my nike + goals online so everyone can see my running status.I will keep this updated a few times a week and hopefully since people are reading this that will
keep me motivated to get out and run more often. Also I am going to be running the Wharf to Wharf in
July so need to be in decent shape by then.
Here is my April goal for miles, I have taken a few days off so hopefully will get out there today.
For May though I need to pick up the pace and will set a goal of 30 miles in May (right now I run about 3 times a week anywhere from 1-3 miles a time)
