We are excited and honored to be a part of NCPP (Northern California Professional Photographers)
night school program in February.   I am going to be speaking on tuesday the 13th about wedding photography and really sharing our vision to shooting weddings.  There are going to be a lot of great wedding topics covered and I will post more detailed information on my blog later.  Any local photographers who want to learn more about our Wedding Photography style are welcome to attend, you can get more information from the Flyer below.  I hope to see some of you that have been on the blog and to meet you in person :)

Clean Sweep for Year End Print Comp

We are so excited to have been honored with 3 awards from last nights Year End Print comp at the Professional Photographer of Santa Clara Valley meeting.

Our meeting last night was a normal meeting and then our year end print comp at the end.  For the meeting we had Gene Higa come in to talk about destination weddings.  He had some pretty incredible images from all over the world (Greece, India, Thailand just to name a few)  It was a great presentation and really makes me want to jump on a plane right now and check out a new country like the Philippines.

At our print comp I was honored to take home these following awards:

3rd place for environmental portrait was from Andrea and Randy's engagment

2nd place environmental portrait was from Matt and Asia's engagment session:




and 1st place for environmental portrait was Renaldo and Lupe engagment:




I was very excited to take home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for this category,
there were some great images and lots of great photographers that submitted entries.

Darryl and Loveleen

They were such a cute couple to photograph, we are almost done processing all of the images and I will share some as I finish them over the next few days.  They make such a cute couple and were smilling all day long. 

Here is a shot I thought was great of Darryl with his cool shades on, I need to find out where he got these and pick up a pair, it makes him look like a superstar!

We photographed Darryl and Loveleen's wedding last weekend and you guys were such a great couple to work with.  Thank you for having us be a part of your day, you guys are such a cute couple and we wish you the very best! I'll post some images as I work on them this week.

Happy New Years

Happy New Years!

I just wanted to wish everyone out there a happy and safe New Years!  This year for me has been a huge year of change and expansion.  The year just flew by and we were blessed with so many wonderful memories.  Great weddings that we were a part of, families that let us capture their special moments and a wonderful vacation to visit some family in Europe. 

Reflecting back on the year, I thank God for all of the wonderful family and friends that we have.  I know that 2007  is going to be a huge year for our business and I am so thankful for the opportunities to come.  We are also looking at expanding into a larger retail space this next year and will need to be hiring on some office staff and help with post production.  More on that to come in the next few months.

I wish everyone a prosperous New Years!!!!!

Christmas Video Song

Christmas Video Song

Here is a quick little video of me and my wife lisa, with my grandma and dad singing everyone merry Christmas!  It was the first time using my built in video camera on my laptop and it works pretty good so I will have to post some more video's later.

My beautiful wife Lisa is in the background with my dad.  Next to me is my 96 year old Grandma.
